Chlorastrolite Greenstone Mesolite Ring with a really cool occurrence of mineral replacement.
Let me explain, Chlorastrolite was forced into the amygdaloid cavity of the basalt stone, but there was already a crystal in the void. So the greenstone formed around the crystal. Happens all the time, but then the crystal is dissolved and another occurrence of Chlorastrolite minerals come flooding in to replace the void of the crystal!
You can see the outline of the crystal in the upper part of the stone where literally a greenstone formed inside the greenstone. Only example I’ve ever seen exactly like this 🌹
Everything is self found, polished, carved, and hand made.
