Here is one of my favorite rings I’ve done thus far! A 14k white gold Filigree Band with an 14k yellow gold full bezel.
I wanted a subtle highlight of contrasts between white gold band to yellow gold bezel. The stone used is a high grade Delicate Copper Replacement Agate with exceptional Copper banding.
This entire piece is handcrafted with no use of molds. All the designs are free hand carved directly into the metal. I use .3mm dental drills with a microscope to achieve this extremely small detail. I also use a stipple bit, (basically a needle point), to create a nice texture in between all the filigree design.
Copper Replacement Agate was found, extracted, and polished by Wild Superior Gems.
