Covid 19 Update
With the pandemic ever present, we are still dedicated to keeping shipping prompt. International shipping will vary depending on the carrier. We are following CDC guidelines with packaging. We continually wash our hands and use hand sanitizer. We all have been tested an are COVID free.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the expected time for me to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on shipping our packages within 3 days depending on holidays. If you purchase an order on a Friday evening, again, depending on the holiday, we will have it shipped out the following Monday. (This doesn't include custom orders.) A custom order will be shipped when finished up to three days after. After the package has been dropped off at the carrier, depending on what shipping method you choose, the time of arrival will vary. The preferred method of shipping is USPS first class mail and can take 3-5 business days among the lower 48 states. As with all orders, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provide.
Can you send an order to be received by a certain day?
We all look for gifts for our loved ones and "time" sometimes catches up with us. You need an order by a certain day! Email us directly to see if we can rush an order to the date you specify. We have made it clear that when the package leaves our hands, we are not in control of how the carrier handles the package. Even if you choose express or priority mail.
Are you liable for lost or stolen mail?
The most common mistake for lost packages we’ve encountered is the receiving address is not typed in correctly. However, packages can get lost, delivered to other addresses, or even stolen. None of these are our responsibility. We are not held responsible for any outcomes of the package once it leaves our hands. We are more than welcome to try to figure out what happened to your package from our end. Insurance can be put on any orders if you contact us. The cost of insurance goes up as the price of the item increases. If your package is lost or stolen. We will not issue a refund or discount. If you choose to have insurance on the item. We will take the appropriate measures by opening a claim with the shipping provider. We will send you the insurance money, but shipping costs are not included in insurance claims.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do deal outside of the United States. The cost of shipping will vary depending on your country's customs. Be aware that when you pickup or have your package delivered. There may be fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties. These fees are in no way made from us, but by your government and are expected to be paid by you, the buyer. Your local customs will have any information regarding these concerns.
Do you repair a broken piece of jewelry?
This all depends on where the piece is broken. If a chain breaks we can most likely repair it. Due to the heat sensitive stones we use. Anything close to the stones cannot be repaired. The stones will crack or even shatter. Please email us as Wildsuperiorgems@mail.com with pictures to see if we can make the repair.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We only use .999 fine silver, copper, brass, and gold.
Do you do custom orders?
Custom orders require a lot more time and dedication. This means the price will most likely increase. Also, custom orders have to be within the reasonable limits of a silversmith without the use of molds. Any custom order has to have 50% down payment with no refund. Time is very valuable and to put any amount of time into a custom order and then to have it canceled is a great loss to us. Do you sell wholesale?
As of right now, wholesale it out of the question. We want to keep a small family touch to our work. To make pieces for wholesale will only make them come off as mass produced and cheap.
Patina Care
We use patina on most of our jewelry. Patina darkens silver and changes the color of copper and brass. By strategically placing patina, we can achieve depth and highlights in our jewelry. We seal our pieces to give the patina a longer lifespan, but over time. Any pieces of jewelry made from silver, copper, or brass will naturally gain patina.There are a few steps you can take to insure your pieces patina longevity.

- Rubber
- Vinegar
- Olives
- Sulfur
- Juice
- Any Moisture
- Store in dry cool areas away from direct sunlight.
- Clean your pieces of jewelry using a soft polishing cloth every time you remove it.
- Patina will change over years of wear, we can polish or reapply areas of patina for free as long as you cover shipping and insurance charges.
Returns
Our goal is to make pieces of jewelry you will enjoy for a lifetime! Your satisfaction is our biggest priority. If you have any concerns about an item, before we ship (unless it's a custom order), we can issue a refund. However, feel free to email us at Wildsuperiorgems@mail.com with the concern you are having. We will try our best to address the concerns you are having about the item. We quality check every one of our items. As we make them all by hand, we are constantly making sure all welds are solid. No item will be listed or sold if it has any flaws or weaknesses.
We do accept returns on certain terms listed below:- Must be in mint condition.
- Must be returned within 14 days.
- Cannot be a custom order.
- Cannot be earrings (sanitary reasons).
- Any item that’s on sale or bought using a promotional code will not be refunded.
- If the buyer has broken the jewelry, we do not issue a refund.
